Where can I park my car?

There is free parking at the hotel.

How late can I check in?

No check in is needed, you can arrive whenever it is suitable for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Before 48h cancellation is free of charge and you get the refund if you have already paid your reservation. Cancellation later than 48h, we will charge the first night.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included. You can buy breakfast from the cafeteria nearby. There is also a coffee machine at the hotel, free of charge for our customers. There is a fridge in every room.

What if the access code doesn't work?

Check that the code you are using is correct. You have received it directly from Hotelli Uninen by SMS or email. There are five numbers. The code is not the same that for example booking.com's reservation code. If the code is correct but you still have problems with checking in, our customer service is open 24/7 and they will help you. You will find the phone number near the entrance.

Is there a bathroom in the room?

Yes, every room has its own bathroom.

Is it possible to arrive earlier than 15:00?

The access codes are programmed to start working at 15:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact our customer service and we will arrange it if possible with a little extra charge.

Is it possible to charge an e-car?

It is possible at the hotel or nearby.
